About the project:

XeroHome recently evaluated 1,000 homes in the city of Santa Monica. Individual recommendations were provided for each home on ways to reduce energy and carbon emissions, with cost effective energy upgrades. The analysis was also used to develop a new reach code proposal for the City of Santa Monica that further encourage Santa Monica homeowners to install electrification and de-carbonization retrofits.
